Headline measures the change in number of applications for mortgages backed by the MBA during the week. Mortgage activity rose again on the week but the 30-year rate holds rather steady, coming in at 4.65%. And when you pair that with the housing starts seen yesterday, it's not exactly a good sign for housing sentiment.
