US President Trump with the carrot and stick approach again
Trump being his usual self. But note he falgs there will be a deal:
- now
- or in the future
- and that China wants a deal too
Which is all good and well, its the wrenching turmoil in the process that is convulsing markets (not that there is anything wrong with that ;-) )
