While infections may remain high (latest figure here), the good news is that lockdown restrictions are being relaxed a little as reported earlier here. That said, the city isn't quite fully operational yet and there is still risks to further lockdowns across China if the virus continues to spread.
In turn, this does threaten the global economic outlook - which is already under pressure amid supply chain disruptions, rising inflation, and central bank policy tightening.
