Chinese official says will guide interest rates lower for bond issuance in 2022

The comments from the MoF official:

• China will issue a record amount of Treasury Bonds in 2022
• Will guide overall interest rates lower for Treasury Bond issuance in 2022
• will guide more long-term foreign investors into its Treasury Bond market
