German leader Scholz's centre-left Social Democratic Party (SPD) won Sunday's regional election in stronghold Brandenburg.
It was a very narrow win, by just one or two percentage points, according to exit polls.
- exit poll projections have SPD on 31 to 32%
- with far-right AfD on 29 to 30%
If there is an FX implication it'll be a positive for EUR at the margin.
