That's just more propaganda talk but you get the gist. Today is all about the siege on Kyiv and the next 48-72 hours is going to be how Russia wants to shape this whole thing and present it to the world. That will of course be open to interpretation from all corners of the globe but it just seems inevitable at this stage.
