The sanctions were supposed to be a deterrent. I mean let's try to conceptualise this. Do you call the cops after the robbers who broke in stole everything from your house? Regardless, I don't expect the energy sanctions to be noteworthy and anything financial-related will surely not involve SWIFT, so why bother.
