This is with regards to the letter sent by Russian foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, about security guarantees. Russia asked for EU and NATO on whether they would comply with commitments "not to strengthen their security at the expense of the security of others".
On the response, Russia says that there is a sense of "rudeness" and "lack of respect". That's rather typical when we get to a geopolitical standoff of any kind I would say.
