He'll be attending the third Belt and Road Forum.
Putin will also meet with Chinese Communist Party Chairman Xi Jinping.
Putin and Xi have a mutual man-crush, mutual trust, and a "no-limits" partnership.
Putin is wanted for war crimes but the Chinese Communist Party doesn't have any regard for international law and will not arrest him.
