The difference in the tone and choice of focus points after the meeting suggests that both sides are still far apart from really seeing eye to eye with regards to any peace or ceasefire. Lavrov also warns that the West is behaving "dangerously" by supplying weapons to Ukraine, creating a danger in the region that could last for "many years".
With regards to the proposal by Moscow, it surely refers to the same terms as before here.
