Meanwhile, an EU official is also out saying that Biden-Putin talks have not delivered a lot (to no one's surprise honestly) and that they are not sure if Moscow has already decided on Ukraine or that it is "bluffing".
But both the EU and UK are reaffirming that they will be ready to impose sanctions on Russia if anything else.
