In times like these, it's just best to be prepared in case there will be headlines from 1200 GMT (earlier report here) onwards.
But either way, as mentioned in the earlier post, I'm not expecting a major breakthrough as the siege on Ukrainian cities continue to play out.
Update: A Reuters source is also now saying that talks are to start at 1400 GMT.
