Defense officials anticipate a horrific, bloody campaign that begins with two days of bombardment and electronic warfare, followed by an invasion, with the possible goal of regime change. The North Atlantic Council was briefed on this new intel today.
This is heady stuff. We've heard this all before so there's a bit of crying wolf here but the timeline has always been mid-February because Russian ships have finally arrived into the Black sea.

Gold is also surging.
I believe the clearest safe haven is buying the yen, though I'm open to being convinced otherwise. Oil is up $4 now, so that's also an option.
