I don't think there's any kind of appetite for a 'boots on the ground' kind of attack on the Houthis from the US but America is always happy to supply the bombs.
More destabilization in the Middle East would be a small tailwind for gold and oil. If Yemen proves it can truly disrupt oil shipping, it could be a genuine factor.
