Treasury Secretary Yellen is on the wire saying that she has every expectation that the single biggest contributor to inflation will move down this year. I assume she means owner equivalent rent which YoY at highs in 2023 was up 8.11%. After the recent CPI, the YoY is still up nearly 6%.
