That settle is the 2nd in a row above the 100 and 200 day MAs at $58.72 and $58.91, but the high was lower than yesterday, and it stayed below the key $60.00 level. The high reached $59.73. The low reached $58.61.
Nevertheless, stay above the moving averages and the bulls are more in control.
